This PR follows on from #9126 last week where an update in Laravel Pint introduced a syntax change to method signatures throughout the codebase.
We initially thought this was a breaking change so we reverted the value for the updated setting (
nullable_type_declaration_for_default_null_value
) to the previous default. However, after some additional testing, we found it to not be breaking so this PR removes our override of the setting and runs Laravel Pint.
